6.14 Transaction List

Select Transaction List from the Report menu to call up the Payroll Transactions window. The purpose of this function is to display detail on each payroll transaction.

Each row contains information pertaining to a particular transaction. To see detail on a transaction, or to edit it, hold down the <Option> key and double-click on the information line. This will call up the Edit Transaction dialog window.

To edit the information in a particular field, either <Tab> to or click on the field and type in the changes as desired.

To delete the transaction, click on the 'Delete' button. You will be prompted to confirm that you want to complete this operation. Click 'Delete' to confirm or 'Cancel' to abort.
