6.2 Employee Register

Select Employee Register from the Report menu to call up the Employee Register Parameters dialog.

Fill in the dialog as follows:

a) List numerically- toggle on to list employees by number instead of by name.

b) Incl terminations- include former employees.

c) Duplicates only- include only employees that are listed under two numbers.

d) Cost centres- select either all cost centres, or specify a single cost centre by number.

Once the dialog has been filled out to your satisfaction, click 'OK' to call up the Employee Register, or 'Cancel' to quit.

The Employee Register organizes the vital statistics of each employee.
