VI. Utility Menu
The Utility menu is used to call up dialog windows associated with import and export functions, creating accounts, and utilities such as fix, close period or year, budget rollover, purge transactions, and update database. These dialog windows can be accessed by using your mouse to make a selection from the Utility menu.

For more information on one of the functions available in the Utility menu, click on the appropriate selection in the menu diagram. For example, if you want to know more about the Export Report selection, click on it in the menu above.
