V. Process Menu
The Process menu contains selections that allow users to pay vendors on an individual basis (Quickpay) or in batch mode (Pay Vendors), print cheques, import data files, export data files and reports, audit transactions, archive and purge transactions, and perform various other database functions. These dialog windows are accessed either by selecting the appropriate item from the Process menu using your mouse, or by using the keyboard shortcuts as shown in Figure 5.0.1 below. For example, to access the Quickpay dialog window you would use the keyboard shortcut <cmd-E >.

For more information on any one of the above Process menu selections, choose it from the menu above. For example, to get an explanation of the Export function, click on Export in the menu image.
