5.5 Export
Choose Export under the Process menu. The purpose
of this function varies depending upon when it is accessed. If accessed
when a report is being displayed on the screen, an ascii file of the report
will be created. If accessed when no report is active on the
screen, its purpose is to create a data file which will subsequently be
imported into another program. For example, data may be exported for use
in a spread sheet program.
